To sign in to the Rakuten services, you will be directed to the Rakuten member sign in screen. First enter your username or email address.

You will receive a notification requesting you to use your device's default authentication method (biometrics, PIN code, or pattern) to set up your passkey. Press "Continue" or the option shown on your device to proceed with the authentication.

Complete the authentication and follow the steps shown on your device to finish setting up a new passkey.
