Initial setup
Set up a new passkey

To sign in to your Rakuten account, first enter your username or email address and password.

To set up a passkey, press "Set up a passkey".

The verification code will be sent to your registered email address, input the Verification code and tap “Verify to setup” to continue.

You will receive a notification requesting you to use your device's default authentication method (biometrics, PIN code, or pattern), to set up your passkey. Press "Continue" to proceed.

Complete the authentication and follow the steps shown on your device to finish setting up a new passkey.
