When you log in to Rakuten Service, the Rakuten member login screen will appear. Please enter your user ID or email address.

If you are already logged to Rakuten from another Rakuten service, you can proceed to “Easy Login” by tapping the button "Continue" on the screen. If you are trying to login with another user ID, please tap on "Sign in with a different account" link.

Based on your device (iOS, Android or Windows) you will receive a notification to authenticate using the biometric used to register. Tap "Continue" or the option shown on your device to proceed with the authentication.

Based on the authentication type used to register for “Easy Login”, to login. This could be Face, Fingerprint or as a fallback to PIN.
